Los Angeles schools shut down over bomb hoax

Los Angeles officials defended a decision to close the entire school system Tuesday in response to a terrorism threat that turned out to be fake. One critic is NYPD Commissioner William Bratton, who dealt with a similar threat in a much different way. Jeff Pegues has more.
