Indianapolis Shooter Purchased Guns Legally, Despite Previous Gun Seizure By Police

Police say weapons recovered at the scene of a shooting at a FedEx facility in Indianapolis were purchased legally, despite a state law that should have prevented the gunman from obtaining them.
