Senators Reach Deal on Infrastructure Framework, Seals Agreement Worth Around $1.2T

A bipartisan group of United States senators stated on Wednesday it had reached a deal on a "framework" for an infrastructure spending bill. The agreement is worth about $1.2 trillion with $579 billion in new spending.
