Ida's heavy rains, possible thunderstorms move in Wednesday night into Thursday,  NWS says

The rain is expected to intensify Wednesday night, as the now-Tropical Depression Ida approaches with heavy rain, thunderstorms, and even an isolated tornado, the National Weather Service said.
