UN talks Russia Ukraine tension, takes no action

Accusations flew between US and Russian ambassadors during a bellicose debate at the U.N. Security Council Monday. It was the first open session where all protagonists spoke on the Russia-Ukraine crisis, even though the U.N. body took no action. (Jan. 31)
