Mitch got a COVID-19 test in Sydney. Two weeks on, he still hasn't got the results

Some residents of Greater Sydney are reporting a blowout in turnaround times for COVID-19 test results beyond the average three days recommended by NSW Health. But health authorities insist no tests have been lost and it's vital that people keep getting tested.
