China's foreign minister says Xi-Biden meeting in San Francisco would not be 'smooth-sailing'

China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi believes that the road to a meeting between President Xi Jinping and US President Joe Biden will not be easy and that both sides need to work together to achieve results. The statement comes after Wang's three-day visit to Washington, where tensions between the two countries remain high. Both sides agreed to work towards a bilateral meeting at the upcoming Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum summit in November. They also talked about military exchanges between the two countries.
