Former Tesla Employee Becomes Middle Of Embezzling Controversy
A former Tesla employee was charged for embezzling around $9.3 million from Tesla.
According to Gizmodo, the employee stole from Elon Musk’s company for over two years.
The employee was allegedly involved in diverting payments, falsifying invoices, identity theft and impersonation.
He is being charged with nine counts of wire fraud and one count of aggravated identity theft.
The Department of Justice said each cout carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
