Elizabeth Warren Outpacing 2020 Rivals, Spending Big on Campaign Staff

When it comes to staff hirings, Elizabeth Warren is outpacing the rest of the 2020 field.????According to Reuters’ analysis of disclosures filed with the Federal Elections Commission,????...the Massachusetts Senator spent over $1 million on 161 staff personnel in the first quarter of 2019.????Reuters reports that's more than double what fellow senators Kamala Harris and Bernie Sanders spent on their respective campaign staffs during that period.????According to CNN, Warren’s fundraising efforts brought in $6 million in the first quarter…????...and while that trails the $18 million raised by Sanders…????

...and the $12 million brought in by Harris…????...Warren started the 2020 race with the largest amount of cash on hand of any Democrat, thanks to the $10 million-plus she transferred over from her Senate campaign account.????Reuters said Warren’s campaign may be spending more on staff compared to other candidates and rolling back in other areas.????...as the news outlets says Warren spent $905,000 in online ads compared to $1.6 million by the Sanders campaign and $1 million by Harris’ team.
