Epstein's Past In Jail: Women's Panties

(Newser) – When Jeffrey Epstein was doing time a decade ago in the Palm Beach County Jail, he was allowed to buy two pairs of women's panties, size 5, from the jail's store.

The jail's purchase logs were examined by the Miami Herald, which said it's not clear why he bought the underwear or why he was allowed to.

The jail does have female inmates.
