One man is recovering in the hospital after a rollover accident in pasco.

It all happened around 5 this morning two miles from country mercantile.

A man was injured after rolling his car on the highway.

He later walked to parking lot of country mercantile and a truck driver called 911.

The car was on the east side of northbound lane on 395 near crestloch road and did not block traffic.

He was transferred to the hospital, and his condition unknown at this time.

A video has gone viral on facebook -- showing two kennewick police officers arresting a man... officers yesterday responding to a call of someone breaking into a pick-up truck at the benton franklin transit station.

This was posted by jeffrey maddux overnight.... in the video, you see an officer taze 51 year-old gordon baily who then falls on the ground... ... according to a press release bailey verbally and physically resisted officer's, and thats when another officer arrives at the scene, and punches the man on the ground in the back seven times... kpd is aware of the video and is investigating the actions of the officers involved.

Shots are fired in kennewick, as a man tried to defend his neighbor's home... it all happened yesterday around 4:30 p-m in the 33 hundred block of south gum street... according to police, miguel barajas "heard a loud crash" and thought someone was trying to burglarize his neighbor... barajas got a gun and found two teenage boys running from the scene... both the teens and barajas exchanged gunfire.

No injuries have been reported and the suspects ended up driving away.... kennewick police investigating an armed burglary at bank of america last night.

Officials say 25-year-old oscar garcia entered the bank and started opening cash drawers.

A janitor that was still in the bank called police as he saw garcia break in.

Once garcia was arrested, he was found with a gun on him.

It is not known how garcia entered the bank, and the incident is still under investigation.

Police have arrested a second suspect in connection with sunday's drive-by shooting in toppenish.

18-year-old isiah aleck was taken into custody by toppenish police just hours ago after police say he and another suspect shot a 23- year-old man in the chest.

The other suspect, 18-year-old logan weeks-whiz.

Made his first court appearance yesterday afternoon.

Police say week-whiz used to be in a music group with the victim, until the 23-year-old decided to kick him out.

A fifteen-year-old girl has been arrested after police say she inappropriately touched three teenage boys at sunnyside high school without their consent.

In one incident earlier this month, police say she tried to force herself on a boy in front of the nurse's office despite his repeated protests.

A week later, a teacher reportedly witnessed the girl inappropriately grabbing one boy and hitting another.

Kennewick mayor don britain has been fired from his job at the department of social and health services.

But he says he didn't do anything criminal or fradulent.

D-s-h-s sent a press release stating britain violated a policy.

Britain said he paid for temporary housing for clients, clothes, and more -- out of his own pocket.

He also said he didn't report this to his supervisor over the last several years, which he said is a violation of the policy.

If the majority does vote to strike..

The matter then goes on to the union's cabinet who will make an official decision from there.

> a 28-year-old pasco woman has been sentenced to three years in prison for shooting a woman after a fight.

Back in september 2018, patty vazquez-lopez was at a home on 19-th drive and pearl street.

A fight in the front yard led to shots fire and a woman was shot by lopez.

The victim survived.

Two other women were also arrested for the assault.

Lopez was convicted of assault witha deadly weapon.

The man who was accused of killing a pasco man and injuring a woman has plead guilty to murder in a franklin county courtroom.

Anthony hamilton shot javier flores at a home last december near yakima street and road 32 over money allegedly owed.

He died at the scene.

A 20-year-old was also shot and survived.

Hamilton pleaded guilty to murder and assault.

He'll be sentenced in december.
