Chico police are asking for your help in finding a missing teen they describe... as "at risk" he's 18-year old "logan roberts" - and he was last known to be at the chico mall around 6:30 wednesday police say he is at risk due to what they describe as reduced mental capabilities.

Roberts is 5'11 - and may be wearing a grey shirt and pants... with croc sandals.
