The King family of Mead has created a Star Wars winter wonderland at their home to benefit the Salvation Army Spokane and Toys for Tots.
A certain.... very popular movie franchise is releasing its next installment next week and someone on our good morning northwest team is a big fanthat would be me.
Our caroline flynn has been keeping it a secret from us as to where she is live this morning... but i'm guessing it has something to do with star wars?!?!
Caroline... where are you?????
Well.... we are at the first ever, star wars inflatable christmas spectacular!
Our friends who put on the super scary haunted house are at it again.... this time, not so scary -- unless you fear a 16-foot darth vader filled with the dark side!
They are doing it right in time for the new star wars film -- the rise of skywalker!
And in the name of charity.
They are taking donations to the salvation army and toys for tots.
I know at least one of those organizations is behind in fundraising for the holiday season-- salvation army -- so if all 900 plus people who are interested on facebook come out and donate, we could really make a dent and more kids happy at christmas!
You get to take cool photos and all that good stuff out here too...i've heard even darth vader himself might be making an appearance.... chewbacca.... star wars inflatable christmas spectacular15604 north freya street meadfriday through sundayfrom 6pm to 8pmfreetoys for tots and salvation army donations accepted live in mead caroline flynn 4
