West Vigo's bass fishing team gears up for its first team

Warmer warmer weather means some sports are coming to close..and others are ready to begin!

Wabash valley high school students are getting ready to go fishing!

Bass fishting to be exact!

We caught up with the west vigo vikings team today at their practice..

The team particpates in tournaments locally and across the state.

They started as a club... but now are going into their first season as a team!

The coach says they've gotten a great response from the school and community!

"i didn't know it'd get this big.

But i knew me and my buddy could start something for the future of other anglers.
