A man from Dumfries, UK completes the new social media push-up challenge with ease with a little help from his son and a see-saw.
The clip, filmed on April 15, shows Graham doing the challenge with a bit of humour to fool people into thinking he managed to do the 25 press-ups.
Debbie, Graham's wife told Newsflare: "He was challenged to do 25 press-ups for 25 days, he thought he would bring a bit humour into it, lay a baton on some bricks, get my son Derry to push the baton in a see-saw motion allowing him to make people think he was doing one-handed and no-handed press-ups.
In the end, I then give the game away by showing Derry with the baton!"
