Alicia says: there was heat on both sides as attorneys argued their case -- today's hearing was all about a request for a preliminary injunction, which if granted, would deem the current executive orders invalid and the oregon supreme court would likely be the next step.

Today's hearing lasted more than two hours as attorney's presented their arguments.

The judge did not reach a decision today.
