While the n-b-a isn't scheduled to return until july 31, we likely won't have to wait that long to see some hoops on t-v..that's beacuse for the seventh straight year, the basketball tournament is back..the t-b-t is hoping to tip off in early july..of course with the pandemic, there will be some signifcant changes made from year's past..
