We have seen consistent messages so far.

A call for justice and equality..

And that rioting is not the answer.

I think there needs to be change, just because these police officers, they haven the right training.

They ou t here killing us.

Taking away from our future, and taking us away from our families, and i have a young son myself, so i want him to know that his momma fought for something that right?

Protests have been peaceful in evanvsville..

Despite an attempted riot at the east side walmart.

The evansville police department was able to stop the plan..

Thanks to a tip pointing to facebook posts by the suspects.

Those who have been on the river front spreading their message..

Do not believe that is the way to promote change.?evansville is home.

I grew up on the south side.

I grew up in this community.

I love this community, so change is going to happen, but rioting is not the way to make it happen?

The african american coalition of hopkins county plans to have another protest today..

While the n-a-a- c-p of owensboro will be holding another peaceful protest at smother's park on thursday.
