New Hartford seniors were scheduled to head to The Stanley in small groups to receive their diplomas.
The third and final group were scheduled to go Wednesday, but it is on hold for now according to Principal Mark Benson.
A story we first brought to you at five... the new hartford central school district was doing things differently due to the coronavirus for graduation... each senior and their family had been scheduled for a certain time to go to the stanley and walk across the stage in their caps and gowns with their diplomas, so family members can take pictures.
This was to be done over three days...tomorrow was to be the third day... we are learning tonight that those families will have to wait...nearly a third of the senior class.
I spoke with principal mark benson tonight he told me it is postponed until some confusion with the stanley is ironed out.
