(markets) the dow off 39 points, the s-and-p adding 1, and the nasdaq gaining 32.

(vo-wh) 1-point-5 million americans filing jobless claims last week, a decline from the week prior but still higher than expected.

This marks the 13th week of claims above 1 million, but also marks the 11th straight week of declining claims. the total number of people receiving unemployment benefits for at least two weeks coming in at 20-point-5 million.

(vo-wh) mcdonald's is bringing back seven items to their menu that were cut due to the coronavirus pandemic, but dozens of items will remain cut for the foreseeable future.

Company executives announcing that yogurt parfaits, bagels, salads and more will not be returning for some time in hopes that a slimmed down menu will improve the speed of filling orders.

(vo-bb) and delta plans to add more flights this summer.

Ceo ed bastian saying on a shareholder call that the company expects to add a thousand flights in july and a similar number in august.

Still though, delta expects its domestic capacity in august to be down 55
