Waiting for months to talk to someone about unemployment insurance...got the chance at in-person service.

We showed you these long lines as people waited in the hot sun for hours.

Tomorrow...you won't see those.

The office of unemployment insurance says walk-up services will not be available monday...but there will be appointment times for people in line friday who couldn't be seen.

The office says over 2,300 kentuckians received help in- person last week and it's working on more times to offer walk up service again.
