The Ministry of External Affairs said on June 25 that suspension of H-1B and other work visas by the United States will impact the movement of skilled professionals.
"This is likely to affect the movement of skilled professionals who avail these non-immigrant visa programs to work lawfully in the United States.
We are assessing the impact of the order on Indian nationals and industry," said Spokesperson Anurag Srivastava while addressing a virtual press conference.
