Coronavirus numbers by county: June 26, 2020

The most updated coronavirus statistics in Oneida, Herkimer and Otsego counties.

There are 8 potential exposure alerts in oneida county...all are listed on our website wktv.com.

<change > as for new cases today...there are 37...nine of them are from nursing homes.

There are 248 active positive cases in the county...that's some of the lowest numbers in weeks for active positive cases.

<change > 15 people.

Are hospitalized..13 in the county...and of the 13 five are from nursing homes....the hospitalizations are at their lowest we're told since this all started.

Over 42-665 tests have been performed.

The county says its testing three times more than a month ago...so the positive case numbers will tend to fluctuate.

In herkimer county... an uptick in new cases with seven.

I'm told that accounts for two families and one healthcare worker.

That brings the total cases to 162 since this all began...only 22 active cases right now.

<change > one person remains hospitalized and over 11-thousand 300 tests have been performed.

In otsego county...one new case today.

Brings the total up to 76 <change > nobody is in the hospital over 52-hundred tests have been performed.
