Standup.."today has been a successful one for members of the air national guard here in starkville as they have tested nearly 200 people here today."

'what we do is we go around the state setting up mobile testing sites so we can get people tested quick, fast, and in a hurry."

First seargeant randall miller spoke to us about their mission in starkville .

He says members of the air national guard take their coronavirus testing job as a serious mission to help the people.

"yessir.

We've been doing this from the start .

The mississippi department of health called upon us .

We've been doing a great mission.

We've been having a lot of good feedback from the public from the top -down."

"this is something that the national guard does."

He said two hundred or so people were signed up for the test.

By the end of the day at least 170 were tested.

"that's a great day."

Standup.."the seargeant says they plan to continue testing across the state anywhere that they are called upon to do so.

The mobile testing will be held in grenada tomorrow and tupelo on thursday.
