Power line burst into flame during Tropical Storm Isaias in Delaware

Delaware City, Delaware, experienced a power outage on Tuesday (August 4), when a powerline burst into flames during the Tropical Storm Isaias.

Delaware City, Delaware, experienced a power outage on Tuesday (August 4), when a powerline burst into flames during the Tropical Storm Isaias.

"As the line was popping our service inside our home was restored," the filmer said.

"The line was sparking and eventually caught fire.

After a few minutes the line burst, leaving a downed wire and caused additional sparks on different segments of the power line."
