Following the closure of bars and the reduction of indoor dining capacity at restaurants to 25% in Kentucky, both types of establishment are now able to serve customers at 50% capacity, so long as certain COVID-19 safety rules are followed.

- starting today - kentucky bars can welcome back patrons again.... however - there will be some big changes.... patrons will have to be sitting at a table - at all times.... and the bartender will not be fending off crowds of people trying to order drinks anymore.... instead - it's table service only.... last call will be at 10:00 - with businesses closing at 11:00..... governor andy beshear - relaxing requirements back to 50- percent capacity for kentucky bars and restaurants - and pushing for outdoor dining - whenever possible.... while
