AND THEY DON'T KNOWHOW THEIR CHILDS IEPINDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATIONPROGRAMS, WILL BE FOLLOWED, IFAT ALL.
If those IEPs canimplemented which for the mostpart they canvirtually.
Then they arenreceiving an appropriateeducation.
So some kids aregetting nothing.
Some of thekids Igetting nothing and I wonsay itarenschools have tried but theyare limited in what they cando.
THAT'S WHERE STEEDMANCOMES IN.
HE AND OTHESPECIALIZED ATTORNEYS WILLWORK COLLABORITIVELY WITH THESCHOOLS TO HOLD THEMACCOUNTABLE.
If thereproblem we are going to,instead of filing a lawsuit,wewill have a meeting to discussthe childs IEP and whats beingdone and what isnand what we can do to fix thatAND HE SAYS THOSE MEETINGSWILL ALL BE VIRTUAL..
THE ONEPOSITIVE THING THAT HAS COMEOUT OF THE PANDEMIC.
AND HEHOPES VIRTUAL IEP MEETINGSBECOME AN OPTION FOR GOOD&BECAUSE ITFOR HIS FAMILIES.
