Things are joining us and keep me to give us kind of an idea of what others run is for maybe people never ... does actually laid the foundation that was created in honor of my teenage mason and ethan gilbert suicide 23 months apart.

We created brothers ron now.

We also wanted to be able to support mental health program suicide prevention programs in our community, specifically in the school.

We also created this program or th foundation family process through our grief, in a healthy way laser that that we host eac year is called the brothers run three k-1 k this year.

Our event is going to be a virtual one to decode the 19 ... this year could maybe be one of the most important years is simply because we've learned that people are struggling a little bit.

Obviously, with the pandemic and especially us kids don't get to go back to school to rinse the social aspect that kind of adds another element to mental health.

So this is a really big deal is your correct ... only you know we were warned about the fact that we were having to do this virtual once we started to export a little bit more.

We realized how this provides people the opportunity to find out and virtually do this anytime that works for the for not even the day that we ha scheduled specifically take the time when they are participatin in this event to check in on each other how each other doing and checking on each other's mental health because he let me tell you mason and ethan.

They were just like every other teenager out there in the world.

They were videogames.

They were involved in sports but one thin that they were not doing if the were not sharing their mental health issues and concerns and unfortunately due to the i'm sorry breaking up is so emotional to talk about that they were able to share and reach out for help and so good that what we really want from our event is to people to start talking and having style mental health.

I think it may be incorrect for parents, especially regarding to maybe i he gets older, maybe even now for people to get that sharing from the children because of social media and things like that were you can go back your day.

Assuming that they're okay and that's not always the case right and sometimes just checking in.

Someonerok opens up the door for them to say no, i' not you will never know unless you question being more open and more for work with people about talking about their dealings or as a parent talking about your letting them know what time she felt overwhelmed and stressed you might deal with it just very well.

Give them those tools to help them in daily activities.

Obviously, the funding aspect o this is is huge as far as helping children within the schools and the programs you ar offering but also i think just bringing up that awareness and getting people to talk about it i think is a big deal as well ... so what we have learned is they really don't want to talk to other adults.

The programs that we are looking defined in the school from one in particular is called first string and actually trained in the school children to be aware and benefic children.

You him to be aware o what look like a things i need to be looking for more peers an having a peer mentor to go to the say.

I think so and so might be struggling or just being able to talk to other adults about what they might be seeing in th community are your classes with personal and social media because we know we see a lot of a lot of this in the social media.

This is a unique opportunity because a lot of people sign up and do this, as you said anytime they want.
