It happened around 5:45 this morning on greenman ave.

The building is a four unit apartment building...but only one family...of two adults and three young children...lived in the building.

Chief ulinksi says they were occupying both downstairs units.

Chief ulinksi says the cause appears to be due to a faulty wall mounted heating unit.

The chief is urging people to get their heating units checked before using them for the season.
