Today - the madison county sheriff's office released the idenity of the inmate killed in the jail on friday.

21-year-old tuh-ron burt died at huntsville hosptial following the fight.

And they haven't identified the inmate he fought with .

Here's what we know right now... the fight inside the jail happened about eight thiry friday morning... terran burt became unconscious during the sheriff kevin turner released this statement about the murder, saying quote..

"our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Just because he was in our jail does not mean he was not someone's loved one.

His death deserves, and will receive, the same level of professional investigation
