>> three days of wildlife, with the expo.

We're joined by john powell and mark cort, the ex to's featured artist so thank you for joining us today.

And congresswoman, you are lucky because see wee went off with out a hitch this year, and that was in february, and come march, it looked different.

And in a good year, john, what does sea we offer as guests?

>> in a standard year, we have 47,000 people descending on charleston, and they visit five sites, and look at everything from outdoor demonstrations and live preparations and the core of the show, which is world class wildlife art.

>> and it's a ton of money because people stay in hotels and eat out and can you give us the nourishing the revenue brought into the city because of the sea we?

>> yes, it fluctuates through the years, and it has grown over time, and people come from all over the nation, and it has an impact on the state as well as charleston, and 2.8 million in taxes.

>> and things are opening and more promising and you've made changes, and can you tell us how things are going to be different?

>> we can, as you imagine, our planning has to start relatively early, so in march and april when the world changed a bit, we had to look at what 2021 would look like.

But it's more modest and this year, we'll have a cap on tickets each day, and we're going to follow the guidelines set bring the cdc to make sure that people can enjoy the show in a safe and comfortable manner, and that will happen as we have outdoor entertainment and exhibiters, and educational entertainment for everybody and that will be balanced at the charleston marriott across the street.

>> and the one thing that holds true is going to be those artists, exhibiting their wares, and you, mark, are the artist for 2021 and you have two beautiful paintings, so tell us the art that you are doing.

>> i grew up in north carolina and this is the place to live if you like the storms and the mass.

We have all kinds of wildlife here, and it's based on the idea of the hopefulness 6 a storm passing over and light in the distance, and taking flight.

>> i can see the silver line on the clouds behind you.

>> that's part of the message too.

>> and the paintings are so beautiful, and there's so much depth to them.

And of course you'll be joined by other artists as well and what's the conversation that the artists have amongst each other, and the impact that sea we has on what you do?

>> that's what i love about the show.

>> and it seems that the painting onward, what's being featured, is that what is behind you?

>> that's from the right, the big clouds, yes.

And among the changes, what are the consistent parts of it, because people love their dock dogs.

>> we are going to have world class art.

And you're going to see it on the smaller scale so people can space out and at a pace that suits them.

But i will say that it will look and feel like sewe.

And we pivot and change like everybody else, but it trickles down and exists behind our corporate partners, behind funding this year's show, and we're going to go forward, and the attendees and staff, it's a special thing we do, and we had to set our sights on 2021 that we could pull off.

>> all right, 2021sewe is happening on you'll have food, fun fun and wonderful art and where should they go?

>> to sewe.com.

And they will be available in the next few weeks with the website and all of the tickets will be online this year, so get them while you can.

>> they're hot and they're not going to last forever, thank you so much for joining us.
