Cuomo, Fauci talk coronavirus surge

Gov. Andrew Cuomo spoke with Dr. Anthony Fauci during a press briefing Monday.

And one of the biggest take aways so far...the governor talked about the possibilty of restricting guidelines across the state....and it all depends on the rate of hospitalizations, which continues to go up in all regions of the state...even though the overall rate is still lower than 46 other states!
