The LA County sheriff said the primary cause of Tiger Woods' car crash in February was "driving at a speed unsafe for the road conditions and the inability to negotiate the curve of the roadway." Woods suffered serious leg injuries in the crash.

The sheriff said Woods showed no signs of impairment and no citations were issued.
