L3: abc 36 news white rally against evictions rowan county they are protesting because they say they were told in march that they were being evicted on april 30th following the purchase of the property by developer patrick madden who is responsible for the development of hamburg in the lexington area.

Residents tell me they were given a 45 day notice to move out.
