A wild elephant stopped a passing truck to steal sugarcane in Thailand.
The jumbo used its long trunk to reach out for the exposed crops in Chachoengsao province on February 6.

A wild elephant stopped a passing truck to steal sugarcane in Thailand.
The jumbo used its long trunk to reach out for the exposed crops in Chachoengsao province on February 6.
Onlooker Em Choey approached the hungry animal and gave it bananas after the truck had left.
Em Choey said: "I couldn’t help but feel sad for the poor elephant.
It was so hungry it stalked all of the trucks that passed."
