The latest: Colorado deputy 'in good spirits' after being shot in ambush

Lincoln County sheriff's deputy Michael Hutton – one of just 10 deputies on the force – was shot multiple times in an ambush early Thursday.

Thursday afternoon, he was with family and in good spirits at a Denver-area hospital.
