The bizarre video, filmed in the city of Shenyang in Liaoning Province on June 11, shows dozens of elderly people shouting out the slogan "I am healthy!
I am happy!" and then laughing out loud together in a park.
According to reports, the elderly people are members of the "laughing group." The group administrator Ms Hu said there are 14 "laughing groups" around the world.
Hu said laughing can exercise and diseases can be cured when people are happy.
However, doctors said the exercise may not be safe for people with hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.
