Currently the U.S. government is working on its defense spending bill and freshman Representative Eli Crane of Arizona, a member of the House Freedom Caucus, a known far-right bloc of the House of Representatives, submitted an amendment to the bill.
While debating the controversial amendment, he used an outdated and offensive phrase.
