The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has released its winter predictions for the 2023-2024 season and they are predicting an El Nino winter.
They released an expectation of what the temperatures and the precipitation will be like for the country including how it will differ between the North and the South.
While it’s still early in the fall season, the NOAA officials are predicting that El Nino will last through early next year.
