No, a Parking Fee Hike for Fat and Heavy SUVs Won't Matter. A Ban Would Make More Sense

On Sunday, February 4, in the Paris referendum, more than half of the voters basically chose to "tax the rich" because, according to officials, SUVs and other large and heavy sedans are used mainly by the richest.
