Twenty-five Portland-area mayors, including Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler and the leaders of Beaverton, Gresham, Hillsboro and Lake Oswego said Saturday they would back a statewide "stay-at-home" order. They were joined by a group of 1,700 internal medicine physicians, resident and medical students from around the state. The call came less than a day after Wheeler, Oregon Gov.
