New York will be applying its 14-day quarantine for people traveling from states with high Covid-19 infection rates to three more states — Illinois, Kentucky and Minnesota — as well as Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico. There are now 34 states, as well as DC and Puerto Rico, on the list, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Tuesday.
