Here are the facts: Court documents connected to a lawsuit involving financier Jeffrey Epstein that were released did not include question-and-answer sessions discussing theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking and late-night host Jimmy Kimmel. Reports that Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley is ineligible to serve as president because her parents were not U.S. citizens at the time of her birth are false. T-Mobile does not have a new policy to fine individual consumers for texting about topics that fall under the categories of sex, hate, alcohol, firearms or tobacco — a new policy to limit mass marketing texts is being misrepresented.
