Forest was found to have breached the league’s profitability and sustainability regulations. Forest went above the threshold in the assessment period ending in 2022-23. The team managed by Nuno Espirito Santo fell from 17th to 18th and onto 21 points. Luton is on 22 points and climbed out of the relegation zone as a result.
