Niagara border communities prepare for 'intense snow squall' starting tonight

Municipalities in the Niagara Region are preparing for an 'intense snow squall' starting Thursday that could bring 30 to 60 centimetres of snow over the weekend. Meanwhile, the governor of neighbouring New York state has declared a state of emergency for several counties.
