Somalia accuses Ethiopia of seeking to annex Somaliland

Somalia's president made the claim at the African Union summit in Addis Ababa. Ethiopia and the breakaway region of Somaliland signed a deal last month, leasing Mogadishu the land to build a port and naval base.
