India reports 7,189 Covid cases in 24 hours; Omicron tally at 415

India has reported 7,189 new cases of Covid-19 and 387 deaths in the last 24 hours, the Union health ministry said on Saturday. India's Omicron tally currently stands at 415, as per the government. Maharashtra has reported 108 Omicron cases, the highest in India, followed by Delhi recording 79 cases so far. The ministry also said 115 people have recovered from Omicron.
