HC upholds acquittal of Union minister Ajay Mishra Teni in 23-yr-old murder case

The Lucknow bench of Allahabad high court (HC) on Friday upheld a trial court's acquittal of minister of state for home Ajay Mishra 'Teni' in a 23-year-old murder case, dismissing a criminal appeal filed by the state government and simultaneously a revision petition by the family of the deceased.
