Grandparents kill baby girl for want of a boy in Bihar's Muzaffarpur

In Muzaffarpur district, a woman strangled her two-month-old granddaughter because she wanted a grandson. She, along with her husband and other family members, killed the infant and buried the body underground. The incident occurred in Amma Sohijan village. The deceased was the daughter of Dheeraj Ojha, who was married to Komal Kumari from Jajuar in Katra. Komal's mother-in-law and father-in-law had been harassing her for dowry.
