Cicadas are seemingly everywhere in the U.S., with the [INS: Brood X :INS] bringing their signature sound to parts of the country en masse. Even President Joe Biden met one up close on Wednesday, swatting a cicada who apparently decided to try being a decorative brooch on the president's neck.
